The Value Criterion claims copyright ownership of the compilation of the resources and those resources it has specifically produced posted on or found on this site. By submitting files to The Value Criterion (via email, or otherwise), you agree to grant The Value Criterion rights over the work’s use. We may use the work in whatever way we see fit, especially modifying it to post it to the site (in which case, our policies regarding posted content apply).

This site is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. By downloading digital files or purchasing any subscription/membership, you acknowledge The Value Criterion’s continued ownership over these works and that your rights over their use are limited solely to your personal use. This means you agree not to distribute or otherwise exploit these files, especially for financial gain. You also agree not to claim the work as your own, and you agree not to hold The Value Criterion liable for the content of the file or any consequences resulting from its use. We also may contact you in the future about offers, which you may unsubscribe to at any time. Subscriptions/memberships will renew automatically, and you responsible for the management of your subscription/membership.

This policy covers how The Value Criterion treats personal information that we collect and receive. Personal information is defined as personally identifiable information that is not publicly available, like your name and email address. This policy does not apply to companies or people that The Value Criterion does not control or manage. 

The Value Criterion collects your name and email address when you make an account. This personal information allows us to enable you to take advantage of our site’s features, alert you with updates and other information, respond to your questions or concerns, and otherwise support our site and those we do business with and provide you with the optimal browsing experience.

For financial transactions, no personal information is seen or stored by The Value Criterion. Secure processing occurs entirely through Squarespace, MoonClerk, and Stripe, which have their own privacy policies.

We reserve the right, for any reason at any time, to change the terms of this agreement. We will notify you of these changes consistent with applicable law. Changes become effective immediately once the agreement is modified, and if you make use of The Value Criterion website after changes become effective, you signify your agreement to be bound by the changes.
